Eligibility

Limited-edition prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Custom-framed orders are generally non-returnable unless damaged in transit.

How to Return

Please email nobe@lulumark.blog with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide return shipping instructions and process refunds or replacements as appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
